Midlife Food & Fitness and the Women in Motion program were designed specifically to support the journey of women over 45! The program is built on the 3 pillars that support quality of life: Nutrition, Health, and Fitness.
Together, with orthopaedic specialist Dr. Kurt Dallow they’ve helped hundreds of women become smarter, stronger, and heathier.
